
(Patria) - The East Sarajevo Police Administration today filed charges for a committed criminal offense with the Public Prosecutor's Office of Republika Srpska against seven SIPA police officers - initials A.M., S.S., Z.L., M.M., M.F., M.R. and Z.A.
The SIPA police officers are suspected of committing the criminal offenses of unlawful deprivation of liberty under Article 143, paragraphs 1 and 2, in conjunction with Article 22 - attempt, and abuse of official position or authority under Article 315, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, it was announced from the East Sarajevo Police Administration.
We remind you that several SIPA inspectors came on April 23, in front of the Administrative Center of the RS Government in East Sarajevo, with the intention of attempting to arrest the entity president Milorad Dodik, but they returned after the members of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs did not allow them to enter.
