SARAJEVO, (Patria) - During yesterday, three persons from the Sarajevo Canton area, in cooperation with the Institute for Emergency Medical Assistance of Sarajevo Canton, were placed in forced isolation at the facility on Bjelave due to violating isolation measures imposed by decisions of the competent inspection authorities.
Also, police officers of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton found four persons during the night who had entered Bosnia and Herzegovina via border crossings and arrived in the area of this canton, and they were, in accordance with the order of the Federal Civil Protection Headquarters, through the engagement of teams from the Institute for Emergency Medical Assistance of Sarajevo Canton, placed in mandatory quarantine, also on Bjelave, while their families, given that they had contact with these persons, were advised to report to the competent health institutions, the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton announced.
In addition to these four persons, who arrived via the Zenica-Doboj Canton, another person who arrived via Pale, and who had previously crossed the border at the Karakaj border crossing, was handed over under escort by police officers of the East Sarajevo Police Administration to the Sarajevo Canton police, who escorted the person to quarantine on Bjelave.
