(Patria) - The bridge on the Sava River near Svilaj, which will connect Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, is in its final phase. More precisely, in the coming days, the bridge will undergo testing (load test),
the installation of horizontal signage, a technical inspection, and obtaining a use permit.
The downstream bridge was already completed in its entirety earlier, with all asphalt layers laid, and guardrails and lighting installed, while on Saturday, the first layer of asphalt was completed on the approach ramp of the bridge on the side of the Republic of Croatia.
Today, the first layer (BNS) is being laid on the upstream bridge, which also serves as protection for the installed waterproofing, and tomorrow the second layer of asphalt is planned for the upstream bridge, which is also the final wearing course.
