Possible new processes: Radončić after meeting with Čović hints at entering government

HDZ leader Dragan Čović asked, as he told reporters, during today's meeting in Mostar, SBB president Fahrudin Radončić to seriously consider the possibility of entering the government, reports the Patria news agency.

Čović stressed that he believes he can speak on behalf of the SDA and HDZ, because "everything that is attempted as some political options will very quickly lead to falling into traps, given that it is about minority governments."

Radončić said he understood Čović's request, which he will consider with the party leadership, but also added that it is necessary to see what the SDA thinks about it.

"I am not a man who will close the door to anyone, especially Mr. Čović, for further talks, and it is possible that some new processes may begin," Radončić emphasized.

Čović also told reporters that there are no new elections, nor early elections, because that would require an amendment to the Election Law.
