(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo ordered a one-month detention for Sulejman Dupovac, Adnan Memišević, Senad Polić, Jasmin Ramović, and Tarik Hadžimejlić.
The court accepted the proposal of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office and ordered their detention due to reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of violent behavior, endangering security, and theft of another's movable property.
"Detention was proposed due to the risk that the suspects, if at large, could obstruct the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses, accomplices, or concealers, and due to the risk that they could repeat the criminal offense," the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office earlier stated.
Recall, after the conflict in Ilidža, six persons were arrested - Sulejman Dupovac, Adnan Memišević, Senad Polić, Jasmin Ramović, and Tarik Hadžimelić for violent behavior and endangering security, and Semir Sultanović for obstructing police in official duty.
Sultanović was subsequently released.
In Ilidža, members of the "Panter" group, known for "hunting" pedophiles, were attacked.
The reason for the conflict is allegedly an incriminating recording of the director of a public Sarajevo company, which members of the "Panter" group possess and which could be published.
