(Patria) - A regular session of the Shareholders' Assembly of the company "Elektroprenos - Elektroprijenos BiH" a.d. Banja Luka was held today in Banja Luka.

Shareholder representatives attended - Prime Minister of FBiH Nermin Nikšić, Prime Minister of RS Radovan Višković, and members of the Management Board of the company "Elektroprenos - Elektroprijenos BiH" a.d. Banja Luka.

At the Assembly, the Management Board's Decision on adopting the revised Financial Report of the company for the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, was approved.

Shareholders made a decision on the distribution of profit for the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, in the amount of 12,618,445 KM.
