SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton Zineta Bogunić submitted her resignation to the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Edin Forto.
Bogunić was elected to the position of minister as a non-partisan figure, but from the quota of ministries allocated to the political party People and Justice.
The news of the resignation was confirmed to the Patria News Agency by the Ministry as well.
The University of Sarajevo Union on Friday sent sharp criticism to the Government and Assembly of Sarajevo Canton over efforts to amend the Law on Higher Education in Sarajevo Canton, without the participation of the academic community.
