EU Ministers in Luxembourg Today, Bosnia and Herzegovina on the Agenda

(Patria) - A meeting of the EU Council for Foreign Affairs will be held today in Luxembourg, which will also discuss the Western Balkans.

Numerous topics will be on the agenda of the meeting of the EU member states' foreign ministers, chaired by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas.

Discussions will cover Russia's war in Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, including the latest developments in Syria, EU relations with Africa, and other current issues, with a focus on Armenia-Azerbaijan relations.

The Western Balkans will be on the agenda during the EU ministers' working lunch, where, as announced by the EU Council, opinions on EU relations with partners from the region will be exchanged.

The focus will be on how to further enhance security and defense cooperation in facing political challenges and how to promote regional stability.

Kallas will inform EU ministers about the latest developments in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, as well as about her recent visit to Montenegro, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Discussions are expected to focus on various aspects of relations, particularly on regional stability and security, developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, and cooperation with key actors in the region.
