(Patria) - Ministers in the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton, Dženana Čišija and Antonio Šimunović visited the Association "Heart for Children with Cancer" and the Parents' House where families of children undergoing treatment for malignant diseases stay.
During the visit, they discussed the importance of supporting families and children going through the treatment process, as well as the projects the association implements.
The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton, through the Ministry of Labour, Social Policy and Refugees, has allocated funds in the budget for the operation of the Parents' House and for co-financing the humanitarian event "Golden Circle," which the Association organizes to raise awareness and gather support for children with cancer.
The Government will continue to support projects that contribute to the quality of life of the youngest patients and their families, confirming the importance of joint action in the fight against childhood cancer.
