Ministry of Security of BiH expresses gratitude to the EU for gifted gyrocopters

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Following successful operations of gyrocopters that took off from Sarajevo to transport coronavirus tests, the Ministry of Security of BiH thanks the European Union which donated one million euros to our country within the project "Support to Civil Protection of BiH".

This project was implemented by the Ministry of Security for two years in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to BiH. From this donation, two gyrocopters with a pilot (open and closed), as well as sixteen off-road vehicles, a van with a refrigeration unit, which can now transport tests, a certain number of thermal cameras and other specialized equipment, were procured, which were entirely distributed among the entity civil protections and Brčko District of BiH.

This information is important for the public, especially at a time when political and media views are increasingly appearing that the EU and the European Commission have not and do not want to help our country, which is factually absolutely untrue.
