Ministry welcomes POSKOK investigation: Hearings and document seizure underway

(Patria) - The Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts announced that, by order of the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime in the Federation of BiH (POSKOK), members of the MUP of KS and SIPA are conducting witness hearings, as well as seizing documentation and technical equipment in this ministry.

They add that these are activities related to the pre-investigative actions of the Special Department in the case of verifying allegations from a criminal complaint filed by the company Ilyria Tech Group Sarajevo, in connection with the Ministry's public call and the allocation of funds for the development of the startup ecosystem.

- The Ministry welcomes all activities of the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime in the Federation of BiH, and is making all requested documentation and all resources available in order to shed light on all circumstances related to the aforementioned pre-investigative actions as soon as possible.

We hereby ask the media to refrain from populist headlines, as these are regular activities in the same case, in which, as before, everything requested by the minister and the Ministry has been made available to the investigative bodies – it was stated in the announcement of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.
