(Patria) - The Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced a tender on Friday, January 30, 2026, for the admission of candidates to the Royal Air Force College Cranwell in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Young men and women from civilian life who have successfully completed the first cycle of studies and who will not be older than 27 years of age on April 2, 2027, as well as members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina who, in addition to completing the first cycle of studies, will not be older than 29 years of age on August 31, 2026, can apply for the tender.
A high level of English language proficiency, as well as a high level of physical fitness, are required for admission.
Detailed tender conditions are published on the official website of the Ministry of Defence of BiH (www.mod.gov.ba), in the Advertisements/Tenders section (https://shorturl.at/JdGCH), as well as on the Become a member of the BiH Armed Forces page (https://shorturl.at/JeGp8). The tender remains open for 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication.
The training at the Royal Air Force College Cranwell lasts from August 31, 2026, to April 2, 2027. Upon completion of the training, cadets will be admitted to professional military service in the initial rank of an officer of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Second Lieutenant.
