
SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted a Decision on a special regime for work with clients in the area of citizenship and travel documents.
Work with clients of the Citizenship Sector in the upcoming period is defined as follows:
Clients will be able to request an appointment to come to the Ministry premises via telephone numbers 033/492 558, 033/492 562 and 033/492 564 for cases that must be resolved urgently and which relate to procedures:
renunciation of BiH citizenship,
issuance of official travel documents
citizenship review,
collection of previously completed decisions on renunciation of BiH citizenship,
certificates on confiscation of BiH travel documents
previously issued official travel documents.
An authorized officer will be able to schedule an appointment for a client during the working day between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLIENTS
A client cannot enter the Ministry premises without protective equipment and is obliged to disinfect their hands upon entering the office, and their stay in the Ministry premises should be as short as possible.
TO WHOM DOES THE AFOREMENTIONED REGIME APPLY?
The aforementioned regime applies exclusively to clients who need to urgently resolve their case and whose exercise of rights requires urgency in the Ministry's action. Clients cannot come to the Ministry premises on their own initiative, where the work of the Citizenship and Travel Documents Sector is carried out.
