Milošević: We need to know what we want, but we will see everything on the field

(Patria) - The Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team has gathered in Ilidžain the framework of preparations for the last two qualifying matches for the EURO next year. First, they will visit Luxembourg, and then they will host Slovakia.

Coach Savo Milošević will use the mentioned matches to test certain footballers before the most important ones, which are the playoff matches in March, considering that we have lost all chances for qualification two rounds before the end.

At this gathering, in agreement with the coach, Edin Džeko and Miralem Pjanić will not be present as they are being rested.

Media activities also began in Ilidža today, and statements were given on behalf of our national team by coach Savo Milošević and a new name in our national team, Hertha Berlin striker Haris Tabaković.

"We will see how this gathering will look, this team needs fresh blood. Haris and four other new guys. We don't have friendly matches before the playoffs. For these two matches, we will have a different team on the field".

"I want the guys to understand that we don't have much time and these matches are not friendlies, we can't wait for March. We need to know what we want already. We will see the best things on the field. Two things are very important, and that is tactical discipline and playing for results, the latter will be very important because that is how we will play in March. The next two matches are also some kind of preparation for the playoffs, but in terms of results. If the guys are smart, and they are, we will have similar opponents as in the playoffs. The players will have to fulfill some defensive tasks as well."

Haris Tabaković addressed the media, stating that he does not feel pressure.

"I am happy to be here. My mind is on the first training session and I want to enjoy the match," said Tabaković and added:

"I am very grateful to the people for completing these papers, I have worked for this moment to debut for my country. I have trained, I have tried, and I am happy to be here. I am not 18 years old, I know how to play difficult matches, but it's not just up to me, I live for the team, I need balls to score goals, but I will give my maximum."
