Deciding on the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the imposition of restraining orders, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on March 23, 2015, issued a decision partially accepting the proposal, and accordingly, detention was lifted for the suspects Azra Miletić and Ramo Brkić, and the following restraining orders were imposed:

- Prohibition of leaving their place of residence for the suspect Miletić, with the obligation to report to a state authority twice a week;

- Prohibition of leaving their place of residence (house arrest) for the suspect Brkić, with the obligation for authorized police officers to conduct random checks on suspect Brkić twice a week;

The imposed restraining orders may last as long as necessary or until a different decision is made by the Court, and the justification for these measures will be reviewed every two months.

In case the suspects violate the imposed restraining orders, they may be ordered into detention.
