Mešalić: The Trojka, HDZ, and Schmidt Overturned the Kovačević Verdict

(Patria) - The President of the Democratic Front Club in the Parliament of the Federation of BiH and member of the DF Presidency, Mahir Mešalić, published a sharp reaction on his Facebook profile regarding the annulment of the verdict in the "Kovačević" case, leveling a series of accusations against the current government and international actors.

– The Trojka members (especially Konaković, Forto, Nikšić) succeeded, through the Council of Ministers, in legitimizing BiH agents with expired mandates before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, to overturn the Kovačević verdict in the second-instance proceedings. Of course, among the most prominent lobbyists against the first-instance verdict in the Kovačević case are Christian Schmidt, the Government of the Republic of Croatia, HDZ BiH, and the Croatian Party – Mešalić wrote.

– I see HDZ, the Government of the Republic of Croatia, Milorad Dodik, Konaković, and of course, the indispensable Vojo Mijatović celebrating. Among them is the completely useless Vice President of the Federation of BiH, Igor Stojanović from SDP, who has, so uselessly, even six advisors in his cabinet because he cannot even deliver a simple letter on his own, let alone draft a serious document. Yes, that is the same Igor Stojanović who persistently claims that the wartime government of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina was creating a "Muslim statelet on 22% of the territory," thus insidiously implying that there was no aggression against our country – he stated.

Mešalić further claims that Stojanović is not bothered by the fact that "someone who does not declare themselves as Bosnian and Herzegovinian" holds public office, because "all of this suits him after the suspension of the BiH Federation Constitution for one day by the High Representative (decorated with the Ante Starčević Order of the Republic of Croatia), who he advocated for along with Lidija Bradara from HDZ, and without the Vice President from the Bosniak people, initially refused, then changed his mind in one day and signed the imposed and unconstitutional Government of the Federation of BiH."

– Among the prominent traitors celebrating after the second-instance verdict is Enver Kazaz, a side captain of "RTV HZHB" who spits on everything that is civic in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Mešalić wrote.

– Therefore, the government in Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of SNSD, HDZ, and a mixed branch of Belgrade and Zagreb in the form of Trojka cadres! No matter how many of you there are, you may be loud through your media outlets conquered by power, but you are few! – Mešalić concludes.
