Mešalić: Hypocrites Stojanović and Žuljević hand over the Constitutional Court of BiH to Čović and Dodik

(Patria) - Amid Milorad Dodik's attacks on the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and obstruction of all projects, and Dragan Čović's blackmail, on Tuesday, May 28, a very important position of judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH is being handed over to this duo with the help of votes from SDP, Our Party, NiP, PDA, and others, wrote DF representative Mahir Mešalić.

"This is a betrayal of the interests of BiH! On October 5, 2022, representatives of the Democratic Front, SDP, and Our Party signed a joint document demanding that the Commission for Selection and Appointment submit the COMPLETE LIST of candidates for judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH. The representatives who signed then and still hold mandates in this term are: Damir Mašić, Lana Prlić, Mirsad Čamdžić, Irfan Durić, but also others like Sabina Ćudić, Nasiha Pozder, Irfan Čengić, Elvir Mahmuzić, Nijaz Helez.



Have all these people 'changed their minds' and become part of the HDZ-SNSD branch in Sarajevo? We signed that and submitted it to the leadership of the PD of the Parliament of FBiH. And that was at the insistence and initiative of the SDP because they wanted us all to jointly select the second-ranked candidate, Sanela Gorušanović Butigan, who is not a member of the HDZ and has experience in judicial institutions compared to Marin Vukoja, who was on the HDZ list and has not a single day of judicial experience.



But on Tuesday, May 28, by order of Dragan Čović and Milorad Dodik, SDP, Our Party, NiP, PDA, Isacs, Uzunovići, and others will raise their hands, giving Čović and Dodik a strong lever to take control of the most important institution in BiH.
