Merhamet provided packages for all wards of homes for abandoned children in BiH

(Patria) - As part of its traditional action called „Kinder karawane“ (Children's Caravan), „Merhamet“ Germany this year ensured that all children abandoned by their parents, living in specialized institutions throughout BiH, received appropriate packages.

The packages provided by „Merhamet“ Germany were received by the wards of: JU “Dom-porodica” Zenica, Home for Children without Parental Care in Sarajevo, JU Children's Home „Mostar“, JU Home for Children without
Parental Care Tuzla, JU Home for Children and Youth without Parental Care „Rada Vranješević“ Banja Luka, and JU “Socio-Pedagogical Living Community“ Bihać and its organizational units in Velika Kladuša, Ključ, Cazin, Sanski Most, Bosanska Krupa.

In addition, in cooperation with volunteers and employees of „Merhamet's“ regional committees throughout BiH, a joint lunch will be organized for a number of children.

"Merhamet Germany expresses immense gratitude to all its benefactors, especially German citizens, who selflessly participate in this action, which traditionally accompanies the Easter holidays,
and in this traditional action, children are always the focus. „Merhamet“ Germany particularly expresses satisfaction with the successful cooperation with the headquarters of „Merhamet“ in Sarajevo, and the regional committees of this humanitarian organization, which wholeheartedly and promptly makes itself available regarding the organization of any humanitarian actions in BiH", said the president

"Merhamet Germany has also launched an action called „Iftar and Bayram packages“. Namely, all children from poor families who are fed at „Merhamet's“ public kitchens will receive
Bayram packages, and depending on the level of incoming funds, iftars will be organized for elderly poor people throughout BiH. All funds collected from vitri and zekjat will also be
spent on caring for weak, poor and helpless people throughout our homeland", says Nedim Kadirić.
