Mehmedović submitted an initiative for the dismissal of Minister Radončić

The session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, the 63rd in a row, continued this morning in Sarajevo. At the very beginning of the session, the Member of Parliament from the Party of Democratic Action Šemsudin Mehmedović submitted an initiative for the dismissal of the Minister of Security of BiH, Fahrudin Radončić. Mehmedović also requested that responsibility for the events of February 7 be determined, and submitted an initiative from the SDA Main Board to reduce salaries in state institutions.

Božo Ljubić from HDZ 1990 and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament sent a parliamentary question to security agencies, asking them to answer whether individuals and non-governmental organizations that participated in the riots and burning of institutions on February 7 have already been identified.

- Not only did they participate in the burning, but they also incited violence - said Ljubić.

Ljubić also requested that the Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK) conduct an investigation into media reporting during the protests and identify, in accordance with the professional code, those media outlets that openly called for demonstrations and violence.

- Will those who did not respect the professional code of journalism be punished? - asked Ljubić.

The session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be attended by the Director of the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH, Almir Džuvo, and the resigned Director of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies in BiH, Himzo Selimović. On the agenda of the continuation of the 63rd session is, among other things, the Proposal of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorist Activities. Džuvo briefly told a reporter of the BiH news agency Patria (NAP) that he and Selimović received an invitation to attend today's session and that they would duly respond to the invitation of the highest legislative body in BiH.
