Mehmed Baždarević Announces Squad for Matches Against Cyprus and Gibraltar

Head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team Mehmed Baždarević has announced the list of players he is counting on in the World Cup qualifiers against Cyprus and Gibraltar, reports the Patria agency.

The list of players, which Baždarević announced today at the national team training camp in Zenica, includes 30 names, and the list will later be reduced to 23.

Baždarević has also included three new players: Jozo Šimunović from Celtic, who previously played for Croatian youth teams, Deni Milošević from Konyaspor, and Nemanja Bilbija from Zrinjski.

The list also includes the name of Anel Hadžić, who has not been with the national team since the Kirin Cup in Japan last year.

The national team will gather in Cyprus, against whom we play on August 31, and on September 3 they play a match against Gibraltar away.
