Media in RS announce Dodik's arrest, while officials threaten: Anyone who attempts it will be eliminated!

(Patria) - The public service RTRS, which is under the absolute control of Milorad Dodik and SNSD, announced tonight that "after information reached the president of RS that his arrest is being prepared and that weapons will even be used in case of resistance", the Minister of Internal Affairs of RS, Siniša Karan, says that the Ministry of Internal Affairs will prevent any such attempt.

Karan said that Dodik has been "the most endangered person for years" and that the Ministry of Internal Affairs provides maximum protection in terms of physical security, as well as responding to all threats, which, as he stated, are not uncommon.

- We have responded to every one and eliminated them, and we take these threats very seriously. We are assessing and taking, and will take, all adequate measures, and we are, and are now, the guarantee of the President of the Republic's security - Karan said, RTRS reports.

He stated that last year they "had about ten attacks of various kinds and threats directed at the president", and that they are "ready to respond to the latest threats of arrest".

- And as for you threatening to arrest Milorad Dodik... they are threatening me. Information that they told me, that if my security offers them resistance, they will shoot me. I tell them that we will resist - Dodik said yesterday.

- Anyone who dares to approach the President of the Republic in any unlawful manner will be eliminated. They cannot endanger his security in that direction - Karan stated, SB reports.
