Minor steals bag with money and phone, caught after theft

Minor E.B., born in 1998 in Travnik, residing in Sarajevo, last night around 19:30 used physical force to steal a bag containing money, a mobile phone and personal documents from L.N., writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

After the theft in Alipašina Street, the minor fled in an unknown direction. Police officers found and deprived the minor of his liberty around 20:45 due to robbery.

- The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed about the above, and the minor B.E. was handed over to the Department for Detention of Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton. Police officers continue to work on clarifying and documenting the criminal activities of the said person - stated the MUP KS.
