The U-17 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina travels to Croatia tomorrow, and coach Sakib Malkočević has selected 18 players after completing preparations to represent our country at the European Championship, Patria reports.
The squad includes: Jasmin Kršić, Matej Perković, Dobrica Tegeltija, Jusuf Gazibegović, Armin Imamović, Enio Zilić, Emir Sejdović, Rijad Sadiku, Eldin Omerović, Dino-Samuel Kurbegović, Stefan Santrač, Đani Salčin, Domagoj Marušić, Milan Šikanjić, Nemanja Vještica, Milan Savić, Elvis Mehanović, and Marko Brkić.
Malkočević says the team is ready for the major competition:
- The preparation period in Zenica is completed, and we are traveling to Opatija tomorrow. We will have three more training sessions before the match against Germany. We decided to take 18 players to the European Championship who were invited for the elite round of qualifications. The guys who were at the preparations but are not on the list for the Euro also deserve credit for the good results of the U-17 national team and were not there by chance. We have done everything we planned at the Training Center, and we will be ready for the first match - emphasized coach Malkočević.
Our national team players have a day off today, and they will depart for Opatija tomorrow morning.
The national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in a group with Germany, Serbia, and Ireland.
