The 21st session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held tomorrow, where 28 agenda items will be considered, one of which is the Proposal of the Decision on the Appointment of the President of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
The question arises whether the Council of Ministers will dismiss Maida Čampara from this position or, after more than ten months in office, confirm her appointment.
Čampara is the wife of state prosecutor Dubravko Čampara, and to this day it is unclear how she took over the leadership of this extremely important state institution.
The proposal for the decision on the appointment of the president, which arrived from the Competition Council of BiH, is precisely for tomorrow's session. The Competition Law stipulates that the Council of Ministers of BiH, upon the proposal of the Competition Council, appoints a president from among the members of the Competition Council each year for a period of one year.
Among other things, the Council of Ministers will consider several action plans, as well as information on the distribution and use of current reserve funds for the period from January to June 2015.
