Mahmutović: An appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH, followed by criminal charges

(Patria) - "A request has been prepared for the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to resolve the dispute with the National Assembly of RS regarding the Decision on the election of the President and the Decision on the election of the Government of RS.

The moment the decisions are published in the Official Gazette of RS, SDA deputies with partners from the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament will submit this Request to the Constitutional Court of BiH.

A temporary measure will also be requested to suspend these decisions until a final decision by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I believe this is the fastest way to resolve this saga and bring to light the entire behind-the-scenes activity of competent and incompetent bodies and individuals in RS," Dževad Mahmutović stated for Politicki.ba.

He is a delegate in the Entity Council of Peoples of RS.

At today's session, he abstained from voting on the status of the RS "government" led by Savo Minić.

"I think the upcoming process will produce new criminal proceedings against those who misrepresented themselves, possibly authorized other persons although they had no right to do so, and so on," Mahmutović told Politicki.ba.
