War Commander of the Army of RBiH Sakib Mahmuljin pleaded not guilty before the Court of BiH, after the BiH Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against him for war crimes and command responsibility over the El-Mudzahidin detachment in the Vozuca area in 1995. This detachment is accused of killing Serbs.
Mahmuljin was deprived of liberty at the end of last year, but was released the next day to defend himself from freedom, writes Patria.
