(Patria) - Milorad Dodik has, through his statements in the US and BiH, once again proven that he represents neither peace, nor dialogue, nor truth, but a continuous policy of lies, hate speech and dangerous historical revisionism, believes the Vice President of the Federation of BiH, Refik Lendo (SDA).
"Dodik's lies that Bosniaks-Muslims collaborated with Hitler, that they allegedly organized concentration camps for Serbian children in which 45,000 children perished, that Serbian and church property is being seized, and that Muslims in BiH are a threat to Christianity - are not just lies; they are vile, deliberately constructed accusations aimed at the collective demonization of one people," Lendo points out.
For these fabrications, Lendo adds in a social media post, there is not a single historical document, not a single verdict, not a single serious source.
"There is only Dodik's need to conceal with lies the truth about crimes committed in the name of the policy he openly defends today. Dodik persistently denies the genocide against Bosniaks, the only genocide in Europe after World War II that has been legally and judicially proven.
This is not a coincidence - it is a strategy. Denying genocide and simultaneously accusing the victim of fabricated crimes represents a classic pattern of fascist revisionism," Lendo states.
Dodik's claims, Lendo believes, about the alleged endangerment of Christianity by Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina represent Islamophobia and an open call to hatred and conflict.
"Bosniaks have never been a threat to any religion - the threat are those who, like Dodik, deliberately incite, divide and produce fear.
Calling Bosniaks-Muslims derogatory and racist names, including the term 'balije', is not a slip of the tongue - it is an ideological stance. Milorad Dodik insults Bosniaks because he uses hatred as political fuel," Lendo notes.
He also emphasizes that Dodik is a promoter of hatred and a political arsonist who deliberately sets fire among the peoples.
"We demand that the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina react urgently and, based on clear evidence, file an indictment for criminal acts committed by Milorad Dodik.
We call on international actors and the OHR, who are responsible for preserving the Dayton Peace Agreement, to react immediately, clearly and without any hesitation," Lendo concluded.
