(Patria) - The best BiH swimmer Lana Pudar failed to win another medal tonight at the European Championships in Otopeni, Romania.
In the final of the 100m butterfly discipline, the young woman from Mostar took sixth place.
Lana swam the distance in 56.91 seconds.
The first place went to Sweden's Louise Hansson (55.37), second to Germany's Angelini Kohler (55.50), while third was Greece's Anna Ntountounaki (55.98).
Let us also remind you that our swimmer unexpectedly "jumped" into the final as the first reserve, which she missed by one hundredth of a second yesterday. Lana was lucky that one of the competitors withdrew, and thus swam her last race in what has been a very successful year for her.
From Otopeni, Romania, the siren from Mostar returns to her homeland with one medal, a bronze one, which she managed to swim in the 200m butterfly discipline.
