(Patria) - The best BiH swimmer, Lana Pudar, continued with great results and today won a gold medal.
This is a gold medal in the 200-meter butterfly discipline at the World Junior Championship held in Israel.
Besides Lana Pudar, Bosnia and Herzegovina is also represented at the World Junior Championship by Iman Avdić and Kenan Dračić.
Lana Pudar had a great performance this morning in the semi-finals of the 200-meter butterfly, and in the finals, she swept the competition.
She achieved a new success and won a gold medal with a time of 2:07:20, setting a new junior record.
Pudar was first very dominant at the European Junior Championship where she won all three gold medals.
After that, she had two excellent performances at the World Senior Championship.
In the finals, along with Lana Pudar, competed Hannah Bellard from the USA, Paola Borrelli from Italy, Bella Grant from Australia, Bailey Hartman from the USA, Clare Watson from Canada, Doyeon Kim from South Korea, and Jessica Cole from Australia.
