(Patria) - The World Aquatics Championships are being held in Doha, and the competition most followed in our country is undoubtedly swimming. The reason, of course, is our best swimmer, Lana Pudar. She turned 18 last month.
After swimming the qualifiers this morning and securing a spot in the semi-finals in her strongest discipline, the 200-meter butterfly, the semi-final was scheduled for today.
Our best athlete finished in fourth place with a time of 2:09:42. The fastest was American Rachel Klinker.
In this way, Lana qualified for the final as the eighth seed and will have the opportunity to compete for another medal at major competitions.
