(Patria) - The best BiH swimmer Lana Pudar won bronze today at the World Championships in Doha.
The brilliant Mostar native swam the final race of 200 meters butterfly in 2 minutes, 7 seconds, and 92 hundredths.
Gold went to Briton Laura Stephens with a time of 2:07.35, while Denmark's Helena Rosendahl Bach won silver with a time of 2:07.44.
Lana spent most of today's race in 4th position, but in the last 15-20 meters, she gave her maximum, swam as powerfully as she could, and managed to secure a world bronze.
This is also the greatest success in the career of the fantastic Mostar native, who recently celebrated her 18th birthday.
