Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia Miroslav Lajčak says he is unpleasantly surprised by the information that a map was published on Slovak state television showing the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina erased and annexed to neighboring Serbia, reports the Patria news agency.
-I was not aware of this until you sent me the picture. Today I will immediately demand an apology from Slovak state television, and I also apologize for the oversight that was made. I am very sorry about this, Lajčak told Patria.
Reporting on the refugee crisis that has also affected the Balkans, a map of the Balkans was shown in the evening news segment, one of the most-watched programs, on which our country does not appear at all.
