Lagumdžija killed by shrapnel from joysticks and ignorance: Doesn't Zlatko realize Bećirović has no serious reach, not even in video games or politics!

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, few people try to explain politics anymore. Politicking has long taken precedence, however, what we have today cannot be explained by common sense and would likely require years of research to understand what politics in BiH is today.

Here, political mistakes are presented as state strategy, and the desire to preserve a shred of political power pushes individuals into processes where everything loses meaning. The desire for power has never left Zlatko Lagumdžija, it has only grown stronger over time, awakening anxiety in him at the mere thought of finally disappearing from the scene.

After collapsing SDP, and almost the entire left-wing political spectrum in BiH, Lagumdžija saw an opportunity for survival in the specific political phenomenon of Denis Bećirović. Aware that he shares an insatiable thirst for positions with Bećirović, he imposed himself as a political mentor. However, every time Bećirović loses a certain part of his support, Lagumdžija gets the jitters. He then resorts to his old trick and enters the public space with the intention of saying anything, just to put himself forward as Bećirović's shield and thus prevent damage.

This is exactly what Lagumdžija has been doing lately. After the multiple embarrassments of the Bećirović couple (Denis and Mirela), from Mirela's illegal intervention at the international level to Denis turning Mirela into a vital interest, Zlatko appeared to try to collect the shrapnel and turn the story in another direction.

In an interview with a pro-SDP media outlet, Bećirović defended Mirela Bećirović without saying anything in her favor, except repeating fabricated accusations in the style of the Trojka's media patron that criticism of the Bećirovićs is actually an attempt to preserve the non-existent coalition of SDA, SNSD, HDZ.

Lagumdžija claims in this pamphlet that he is an ambassador, but shows nothing to confirm it anywhere.

Because Zlatko Lagumdžija's status is "Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations or Head of the Representation (or Mission) to the United Nations". Although the permanent representative is colloquially called an ambassador, his role and function differ from the function of an ambassador in a specific country because the United Nations is a multilateral organization with a specific structure and functions. Therefore, the functions of an ambassador and a permanent representative to the UN are different. This is clear when looking at the rights and obligations of a permanent representative compared to the classic position of an ambassador.

In response to the TV appearance of Slaven Kovačević, DF's presidential candidate, Lagumdžija accuses Kovačević of ignorance, and then shows that he himself does not know the subject matter. Because Lagumdžija, while refuting Kovačević, claims that the SAA is "Stabilization and Association Agreement between the European Union and its member states, on the one hand, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the other".

Anyone who has read anything about the SAA at least once knows that it is a "STABILIZATION AND ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT between the EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES and their member states, on the one hand, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the other".

It turns out Lagumdžija is a know-it-all who knows little, but accuses others, because he clearly doesn't know that it's an agreement, not a contract, and that it was signed on behalf of the European Communities, not the European Union.

In his effort to show some knowledge, Lagumdžija actually shows that he doesn't know what the agreement is called, nor to whom and why it is intended.

Therefore, Lagumdžija did not answer what Kovačević said. He responded to what he wished Kovačević had said. A classic political tactic – you don't attack an argument and win, you change the subject.

The first thing that shows how nervous that reaction is is the question of function. The Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations is not an ambassador to a country. This is not a matter of semantics, but a matter of authority. An ambassador implements the country's policy in a country. The permanent representative is part of a multilateral system and cannot act as if they are the country itself. But Lagumdžija clearly believes that this difference exists only for others, not for him.

The difference between the "European Union" and the "European Communities" is not a typo, but a difference between political knowledge and political improvisation. Stabilization and Association Agreements were not created as a universal path for every country in the world, but as special agreements for the countries of Southeast Europe, later renamed the Western Balkans. In other words, Lagumdžija tries to act as a professor of international law, and ends up as a student who hasn't read the title of the script.

But the real problem is not that he doesn't know. The problem is that he is trying to convince the public that his version is correct only because it has to be correct – because that is the only way to politically save Denis Bećirović.

And here we come to the most comical part of the whole story, Article 27. Lagumdžija, like any politician without arguments, found the article number and started repeating it as if it were a magic formula.

Although Slaven Kovačević clearly stated in his appearance on BHRT's show "Jutro za sve" that all international agreements are implemented in accordance with the Law on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties of Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing Article 27 of the law itself, which explicitly states that international agreements are implemented through competent institutions, Lagumdžija speaks of Article 27 of the SAA, trying to manipulate the public to turn the story in his favor. Incorrectly.

Article 27 of the Law on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Agreements indeed states that they are implemented "...through competent institutions", making Lagumdžija's manipulation meaningless. In essence, this concerns foreign policy, which is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, meaning Lagumdžija, like all other representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, whether ambassadors or permanent representatives, must seek the position of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina on a particular issue, and not independently make decisions on voting on resolutions or other elements of foreign policy, thereby directly violating the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is a criminal offense.

In Lagumdžija's world, he thinks that decisions on whether to vote FOR or AGAINST or join a UN or Security Council resolution are made by an algorithm or autopilot, for his manipulation that the SAA creates a legal obligation for him to act that way, while the reality is completely different.

For every vote or joining UN or Security Council resolutions, he had to seek the position of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and vote or join resolutions based on it. Here too, Lagumdžija is lost in his algorithms and autopilots, where his tendency to decide independently, like a true autocrat or dictator, is clearly stronger than the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We remind Lagumdžija and his satellite forces (SS forces for short) that the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is above their need for independent decision-making.

Although Lagumdžija attacked Kovačević and others who criticized Mirela Bećirović's actions without arguments, anyone who watches the recording of the appearance will see that Kovačević visibly refrained from attacking Denis Bećirović's wife, due to her appearance at an international forum, for which Bećirović himself did not secure the consent or at least the information of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Even an additional question arises here: where did Lagumdžija himself appear at the event promoting the Sarajevo Haggadah, which was done through the Embassy and the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United States of America, or what connection does that event have with his duties at the United Nations.

Clearly none, but Lagumdžija, in his usual manner, imposed himself there too, visibly craving some media attention or the need to give Bećirović new instructions on what and how to do. So the objective question arises, who is the actual member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lagumdžija or Bećirović, and who is controlling whom via joystick.

It seems Bećirović was playing the PS5 game ASTRO BOT, but the robot he saw as salvation failed him and extinguished his hopes of saving the ship before it sank.

In summary, Lagumdžija died collecting shrapnel because the joystick couldn't take it. We understand him there, because both in the virtual and real world, Bećirović is an empty phenomenon who, in three decades of activity, has not recorded any serious results, let alone success!
