Kuwait: Bosnian Mayor Amra Babić participant in world conference on the role of women in charity work

Mayor of Visoko municipality Amra Babić is a participant in a world conference discussing the role of women in charity work, which began on Monday in Kuwait, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP).

Babic is the only woman in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the head of a municipality, performing this job very successfully, and in addition to high managerial skills, she is also known for her humanitarian work.

Babic traveled to the conference in Kuwait, officially titled "The Role of Women in Charity Work - Philanthropy," at the invitation of Emir Sheikh Sabah Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the International Islamic Charitable Organization IICO. This conference lasts until December 18. In addition to Babic, the Grand Mufti of Bosnia and Herzegovina Husein ef. Kavazović is also staying in Kuwait, reports Patria.
