Kukuruz on UN Resolution: 'Dead Letter on Paper', BiH Felt This Firsthand

(Patria) - Legal expert Sifet Kukuruz characterized the UN Resolution calling for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza as an expression of hypocrisy and immorality.

"It is futile to appeal to the conscience of one who has no conscience, and to demand respect for moral principles from one who has no morals.

Such a one understands only the language of power and will only stop before a greater force and a determination more decisive than his own.

Appealing to such a one only proves one's own immorality and hypocrisy.

Adopting resolutions that are 'dead letters on paper' is a reflection of the moral decay in which the world finds itself.

Bosnia and Herzegovina felt this firsthand.

The world adopts such and similar resolutions only to absolve itself for the genocide committed by Israel.

The adopted resolution is of no help to the Palestinians; it is only evidence against those who adopt it.

The adopted resolution only proves that the UN was and remains the biggest concentration camp for international law and justice," Kukuruz stated.
