Krunić: We received reports against Zubac, but we can't do anything

The Independent Board of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina received information and reports for Goran Zubac, Director of the Agency for Investigations and Protection, as well as the resignation of Himzo Selimović, Director of the Coordination Body for Police Agencies of BiH. This was confirmed to NAP by Žiko Krunić, President of the Independent Board of the PSBiH.

However, as Krunić noted, the current composition of the Independent Board cannot do anything because a new composition of the Independent Board has already been voted on in the House of Representatives.

- We are actually not even in a technical mandate. If the House of Representatives had not voted for a new composition, it would be different, but as it is, we have to wait for the session of the House of Peoples of the PSBiH to confirm the decision of the House of Representatives – says Krunić, noting that at this moment he is not sure who could request Zubac's suspension.

We remind you that the new Independent Board was appointed by the decision of the deputies in the House of Representatives, and the members are Obralija Enes, Ilma Jusufbašić Mehić, Adisa Begić, Nikola Džambas, Mate Miletić, Mato Jozić, Ljubomir Kuravica, Miroslav Škorić, and Žiko Krunić.
