(Patria) - A meeting was held in Sarajevo today between the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Borjana Krišto, and the President of the European Council, António Costa.
Discussions covered the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, challenges of EU enlargement, integration processes, regional cooperation, as well as issues ensuring the stability and progress of our country.
Krišto informed Costa about all activities undertaken since the last visit in May and the key strides made over the past year.
The most important foreign policy goal of our country requires commitment and responsibility to make genuine compromises among political representatives of the three constituent peoples on key issues.
Emphasis at today's meeting was also placed on the topic of reforming the Election Law of BiH.
"Ensuring legitimate political representation is our obligation on the European path, which would ease inter-ethnic relations and ensure the equality of the three constituent peoples in key bodies of political representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina," said Krišto.
