CRIME FILES: What messages are Galić's special forces sending from police records?

In the following, we present the story of Galić's manipulations, criminal leadership, mobbing, an old acquaintance from police files Emir Škaljo, but also Galić's first associate Amra Aljić, who is being persecuted because she does not comply with the leadership of the Border Police. 

Back in May last year, one fisherman paid a high price for the unprofessionalism and bullying actions of one of Galić's special forces officers. One May night in 2020, Galić's special forces officer Alija Bajrica forced the fisherman Miodrag Čvorka to lie down in a puddle, and after he refused, Bajrica, tied up like that, started beating him. 

Čvork reported everything to the police with medical documentation. But Galić and his men covered everything up again. Bajrica remained in the special team that works according to the directives of director Galić and answers to him. 

But Bajrica is not the only member of that special team with criminal scars in his file. There is also Emir Škaljo, long known to police agencies.

For the Director of the Border Police, Škaljo is an expert and a professional. Just to remind you, we will mention the case when Škaljo detained a minor with whom he had sexual relations in an apartment and to whom he caused serious bodily harm. However, he did not see a prison cell, nor did the minor receive justice. Laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina have long been unequal for some. Especially if they are protected by figures like Galić. Škaljo ended up with a suspended sentence of 18 months.

The question after all this is not why he was retained in the BiH Border Police, but why he was hired by this agency after police agencies documented him as a car thief, burglar, and drug user.

The key to this criminal rebus of Škaljo is his father-in-law Mustafa Ovčina, who is still in the position of head of the Administration Directorate of the BiH Border Police. Thus, another cadre loyal to the manipulator Galić. 

Therefore, Škaljo feels untouchable, especially after being appointed head at the Gradiška Border Crossing. 

Protection also has its price. Škaljo is problematic, so he had to accept the role of Zoran Galić's dirty player. Therefore, for Galić's interest, he became a poor creator of astonishing Facebook creations. 

In those creations, he depicted Zoran Galić's advisor Amra Aljić in an extremely ugly and unacceptable way, who clearly does not want to play the game of spy and assistant to Dragan Čović. 

After publishing photos of a donkey and a calf with Amra Aljić's name written above them, and sharing such photos among colleagues in the Border Police, Škaljo is quickly rewarded. 

First, he was transferred from Gradiška to the Central Investigation Unit. Then Galić promoted him to the rank of "inspector" in the Border Police Unit Trebinje. And Trebinje was a cover. Just like the Airport Field Office, because police officers from both units claim that Škaljo did not appear there even for a day. He was and remained in the Central Unit. 

Galić again did not punish the outrageous insults through photomontages by Emir Škaljo. Only the series of Škaljo's misdeeds, for which he has never been adequately punished, was extended. 

And Amra Aljić is Zoran Galić's first advisor. The question arises what kind of director Galić is if he allows his police officers to insult his advisor in this way, regardless of whether they have the same view on the concept of the Border Police or not?

However, what suggests that Škaljo was acting on Galić's orders are the bonuses that the Director of the Border Police regularly pays to Muamer Fazlagić and the special team, which includes Škaljo along with Fazlagić and Bajrica. 

Article after article, on Patria and numerous other media outlets, has proven that Zoran Galić is not the solution for leading the Border Police. 

During the migrant crisis, he protected the neighboring country more than the country that pays him. But this is clearly just the surface of Zoran Galić's manipulations, illegal and dishonest actions in the Border Police. 

Mobbing, intimidation, insults, creating his own clan are also characteristics of Galić's directorship. 

Too many words have been spent on a lackey with an HDZ background. And it seems that more will be needed until those who should and must act in the interest of the state realize that Galić is the wrong man in a dangerous place. 

Because Galić's extra-institutional units smuggle migrants, drugs, sink border patrol boats, steal ammunition, use narcotics, have criminal records....

It is obvious that Galić rewards instead of punishing, so it is high time that he be punished and permanently removed from this responsible position. 

But also to be prosecuted, because Gordana Tadić will not be the chief forever!
