It is high time for international military forces to react and prevent the violation of Dayton and the endangerment of peace and security in BiH

Why are our state bodies calmly observing the erosion of its sovereignty and territorial integrity?

Despite the very clear decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the unconstitutionality of January 9th as the entity day of RS, the entire leadership of Serbia and the RS entity found themselves in Banja Luka, in order to defy the decisions of the Constitutional Court and violate the Dayton Peace Agreement.

What the leadership of Serbia is doing, in relation to the celebration of January 9th, is very dangerous for our country. They are uniting Serbia and our/BiH entity step by step. In addition, they are destroying the constitutional order and violating the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Therefore, they should be banned from entering BiH, and the PIC and the High Representative should be asked to temporarily suspend the special and parallel relations, which have been established to the detriment of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of BiH.

Therefore, I call on the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially the members of the Presidency and the members of the collegia of the houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, to send an official request to the PIC and the High Representative to suspend the agreement on special relations between Serbia and the Republika Srpska entity, as it is contrary to the Dayton Agreement.

And finally, I think it is high time for international military forces to react, in order to prevent the violation of the Dayton Agreement and the endangerment of peace and security.
