Kosor: Apologies to neighboring and friendly Bosnia and Herzegovina

ZAGREB, (Patria) - Former Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor sent an apology to Bosnia and Herzegovina after Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović's statement that Bosnia and Herzegovina is under the control of militant Islam.

“Apologies to neighboring and friendly Bosnia and Herzegovina. To all peoples,” Kosor wrote on Twitter.

The Jerusalem Post reported that during her visit to Israel, the Croatian President spoke about the problems of the migrant crisis. Grabar-Kitarović noted that her country is suffering due to the migrant problem, which is not entirely similar to that in much of Europe. She distinguishes migrants from refugees, saying that Croatia is ready to grant asylum to refugees, but also that migrants seeking a better way of life must respect international borders. Migrants do not actually want to stay in Croatia, she said, but only to reach Germany.

Although almost everyone claims to be Syrian refugees, most are actually African or Pakistani migrants who are trying to cross the border from Bosnia and Herzegovina, which Grabar-Kitarović stated is very unstable and has in a certain sense been taken over by people connected to Iran and terrorist organizations.
