
(Patria) - Following a meeting with the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, the Logistics Consortium of Bosnia and Herzegovina informs all institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and political entities about the following:
A clear agreement was reached at the meeting that all internal demands of the transport and logistics sector will be accepted, and that their urgent operational resolution and harmonization will commence, with the aim of alleviating business burdens and preserving the stability of the domestic economy.
The Logistics Consortium of Bosnia and Herzegovina hereby demands the urgent organization of a joint internal session of representatives, headed by the presiding officials and presidents of:
- The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- The Government of Republika Srpska
- The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the aim of opening and operationally resolving all issues from the Consortium's demands, without further delay.
At the same time, we demand that by Wednesday at the latest, a joint meeting of representatives, headed by the presiding officials and presidents of:
- The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- The Government of Republika Srpska
- The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- The Government of the Republic of Croatia, be organized in Gradiška, with the aim of urgently resolving outstanding issues and establishing a functional and fair operating regime for domestic carriers.
We emphasize that the demands of the Logistics Consortium of Bosnia and Herzegovina remain fully in force.
In order to protect the right to work and the survival of the sector, we inform the public that the Consortium currently has 1,500 vehicle units, and by Wednesday this number will increase to 4,000 vehicle units, which will be directed towards the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina that do not act in accordance with the undertaken obligations.
Today at 2:00 PM, further activities and operational steps will be presented at the Plenum of the Logistics Consortium of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Matuzići.
It has been confirmed that, starting from April 1, 2026, unified and coordinated action of the Veterinary Office of BiH with the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH will be established throughout the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in accordance with the already established practice and solutions applied in Republika Srpska. This measure represents a concrete step towards reducing delays and administrative burdens.
The fight for the right to work, dignity, and the survival of the sector continues. The time for promises is over. The time for implementation has begun.
