
(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić received a delegation from the Municipality of Sanski Most, headed by Mayor Mensur Seferović.
During the meeting, Mayor Seferović informed the BiH Presidency Member Komšić about the work of the Municipality and current projects being implemented in the area of Sanski Most, with a special emphasis on the plan to develop a Memorial Room project dedicated to the late General Mehmed Alagić.
It was emphasized that the goal of this project is to preserve the memory of the life and work of General Alagić, and his legacy in the defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the development of Sanski Most. The Memorial Room is planned as a place that will permanently testify to his role in the recent history of our country, and it will be located in his birthplace Fajtovci near Sanski Most.
BiH Presidency Member Komšić expressed support for the efforts of the local community aimed at strengthening the culture of remembrance and preserving the memory of significant figures and events from the recent history of our country, as well as initiatives that contribute to the further development of Sanski Most.
