
(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić attended a working dinner with ambassadors of Arab states accredited to Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the invitation of the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Walid Haggag.

The dinner was also attended by the Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Meraimi Mohammed, the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, Salah A. A. M. Albannai, the Ambassador of the State of Libya, Ahmed M. A. Benghali, and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Anas Abdulrahman Al Wasedy.
Discussions were held on bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Arab states, with which Bosnia and Herzegovina shares rich historical friendships, and the possibilities for their further enhancement through more intensive political, economic, and cultural cooperation. Special attention was given to strengthening mutual understanding of the political circumstances and conditions in which Bosnia and Herzegovina currently finds itself, as well as the challenges and prospects for its further development.
The interlocutors expressed their commitment to deepening friendly relations, with unequivocal support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Member of the BiH Presidency Komšić thanked the ambassadors for their expressed interest in Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing the importance of continuous communication and cooperation with the countries of the Arab world.
