Komšić: I call on the Council of Ministers of BiH to declare a day of mourning throughout BiH

(Patria) - Many are saying goodbye to the eight tragically deceased, who are suspected to have been suffocated by gas during the New Year's celebration in Tribistovo, Posušje.

Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić also sent a telegram of condolences.

“We were struck by this sad news about the death of young people, which makes the tragedy even more painful. I extend my deepest condolences and sympathy to the families and friends of the victims. I call on the Council of Ministers of BiH to declare a day of mourning throughout BiH,” Komšić said.

Eight young people died from gas suffocation in Tribistovo, Posušje municipality. The tragedy occurred while young people from Rakitna and Posušje were waiting for the New Year.
