Kodro announces the Dragons' squad for matches against Liechtenstein and Iceland

(Patria) - The coach of the BiH national football team, Mehmed Kodro, at today's press conference of the Football Association of BiH, announced the list of players he is counting on in the upcoming European Championship qualifying matches.

This is Kodro's first list for the Dragons since returning to the position of coach of our best selection, and the BiH team will face Liechtenstein and Iceland in September.

The list includes the following players:

- goalkeepers: Ibrahim Šehić (Al-Khaleej), Nikola Vasilj (FC St. Pauli), Kenan Pirić (AEK Larnaca)

- defense: Anel Ahmedhodžić (Sheffield United FC), Hrvoje Miličević (AEK Larnaca), Amar Dedić (Red Bull Salzburg), Jusuf Gazibegović (SK Sturm Graz), Dennis Hadžikadunić (Hamburg SV), Sead Kolašinac (Atalanta BC), Leon Barišić (FC Basel)

- midfield: Miralem Pjanić (Sharjah FC), Benjamin Tahirović (AFC Ajax), Rade Krunić (AC Milan), Sanjin Prcić (RC Strasbourg), Amir Hadžiahmetović (Beşiktaş JK), Adi Nalić (Hammarby IF), Miroslav Stevanović (Servette FC)

- attack: Edin Džeko (Fenerbahçe SK), Ermedin Demirović (FC Augsburg), Smail Prevljak (Hertha BSC), Kenan Kodro (Fehervar FC), Said Hamulić (SBV Vitesse), Nemanja Bilbija (HŠK Zrinjski).

But that's not all, as the coach has also prepared a B list of players who will join the team if needed. This list includes Siniša Saničanin (FK Partizan), Eldar Ćivić (Ferencvaros TC), Gojko Cimirot (Al-Fayha), Dal Varešanović (Rizespor), Luka Menalo (GNK Dinamo Zagreb), Amer Gojak (Ferencvaros TC), and Goran Karačić (Adana Demispor).

The Dragons will host Liechtenstein on September 8th, and three days later they will be guests of the Icelanders. Both matches start at 20:45.
