Who is still allowed to enter BiH

(Patria) - In the morning hours, we warn about ice and sporadically snow-covered roads on sections in higher mountain areas. We remind you that possessing winter equipment is legally mandatory until April 15, BIHAMK points out.

Traffic of freight vehicles is increased in both directions at the Bosanska Gradiška border crossing, and a long column of freight vehicles is on the exit from BiH at the Bosanski Šamac border crossing.

Entry into BiH is not allowed for foreign nationals, with the exception of certain groups of people. These are healthcare workers, persons requiring medical treatment, cross-border workers, civil protection services and teams, members of NATO forces and other Partnership for Peace countries, as well as the NATO Headquarters in BiH, persons with residence in BiH, persons in transit through BiH without detention, and persons with a permit issued by the Council of Ministers.

Serbia has closed border crossings to BiH for all crossings, except for freight traffic which is carried out via the following crossings: Karakaj, Vardište, and Rača.

Entry into Croatia and Montenegro is allowed only to their citizens, foreigners with registered residence, and truck drivers.

A movement ban is in effect for persons under 18 and over 65 years of age in the Federation of BiH, and a complete movement ban is in effect from 6 PM to 5 AM. In the Republika Srpska, movement is prohibited for persons over 65 years of age, while a complete movement ban is in effect from 8 PM to 5 AM.

We appeal to drivers to travel within BiH only in necessary situations and to adhere to coronavirus protection measures.
