Who will join the Commission to review the work of the Independent Board?

The session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina is held tomorrow, and on the agenda is the appointment of three members from the House of Representatives to the Provisional Joint Commission of both houses of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly to review the work of the Independent Board of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, proposed by MP Hanka Vajzović (DF), writes the Patria News Agency.

Otherwise, during its 15 months of work, the Independent Board of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, led by Žiko Krunić, held seven sessions, despite the fact that the Rules of Procedure of the Independent Board stipulate that sessions are held once a month.

The Independent Board also delayed the dismissal of Goran Zubac, and Krunić is most responsible for this, whose dismissal was requested, and then the initiative was withdrawn by Dragan Mektić, the Minister of Security of BiH.

Furthermore, the Independent Board has not yet submitted the Work Report for 2014 to the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, and it took time for the members themselves to adopt the report on their work, because the Bosniaks within the board did not want to vote for the Report until Zubac, the former director of SIPA convicted of dereliction of duty, was dismissed or suspended.

What will be the main goal of the provisional Commission to review the work of the Independent Board has not been specified yet, but each session of the Independent Board cost the citizens of BiH more than 23 thousand KM.
