Funeral prayer and burial held: Large number of citizens and friends attended the final farewell to Dženan Uščuplić

(Patria) - The funeral prayer for Dženan Uščuplić, former footballer and coach, was held today in the courtyard of the Bey's Mosque in Sarajevo.

The former player and coach of Sarajevo passed away on August 8 at the age of 49.

The final farewell to the athlete and expert, who through his conduct earned respect from teammates, colleagues, and opponents alike, was attended by family members as well as numerous friends from both his private and sporting life, such as Faruk Hadžibegić, Husref Musemić, Fuad Muzorović, Emir Obuća, Alen Avdić, Zijad Švrakić, Almir Turković, Alija Braco Hadžiosmanović, Hadis Zubanović, and many others...



After the funeral prayer, Uščuplić was buried at the Nišan - Jarčedoli cemetery.

We remind you that Uščuplić died on Mount Zelengora in an accident caused by bad weather and thunderstorms.
