Kikanović: We needed a win, we never thought about losing

Captain of our national team Elmedin Kikanović scored 17 points, adding 3 rebounds and 2 assists in the match against Israel. Kikanović hit two crucial shots. First, he hit an incredible three-pointer to force overtime, and then a layup for the win over Israel 86:84, reports the Patria news agency.

- We played a good game and in the end deservedly won. Israel played very well, but we achieved victory. Nemanja Gordić took on a lot of important things, and then Renfroe ran the length of the court in three seconds and passed to me for an easy basket - Kikanović pointed out.

He added that in this match he got into a better rhythm and hopes that even better performances will follow.
