45 people fined for violating movement ban, including two over 65 and one minor

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - During the past 24 hours, police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton issued 42 violation reports for breaking the movement ban between 6 PM and 5 AM, then 2 violation reports to persons over 65 years of age whose movement is prohibited, and one request for initiating misdemeanor proceedings will be filed against one minor for violating the movement ban for persons under 18 years of age, confirmed Mirza Hadžiabdić from the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

During the upcoming period, the Sarajevo Canton police will continue to intensify their field activities to control compliance with the orders issued by the competent authorities with the aim of preventing the spread of coronavirus.
